The concept encourages employees to consistently perform at a high level by rewarding positive actions and achievements. As tasks and goals are met, employees can scratch off sections of the ticket—working toward completing all boxes to earn a prize. The design balances clarity and excitement, ensuring the layout is easy to follow while still feeling rewarding and engaging.

Through thoughtful illustration, clean composition, and purposeful use of visual hierarchy, the final graphic transforms a simple incentive program into an interactive experience that promotes morale, productivity, and a positive work culture.
